Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy
1) X linked desease and mainly effected female
2)non inherited disorder
3)Degeneration and regeneration of muscle fibers
4)fibrosis and fatty tissue replacement

Lipoma
1) Most rarely soft tissue tumour occur in adulthood
2)malignant tumour of fat
3) Conventional lipoma show well encapsulated mass of adipocyte in vary size
4)Autosomal recessive syndrome
5)Presence of myxoid and aggressive pleomorphic

Myasthenia Gravis
1)Caused by immune-mediated loss of Acetylcholine  receptor
2)Affect male only
3)Degradation of AChRs
4)Droping of eyelid and double vision
5)Sensory and autonomic function are affected

Rhabdomyosarcoma
1)soft tissue sarcoma commonly occur in children
2)Occur after age 20
3)head and neck  are common site
4)Also occur in gastrointestinal tract
5)Embryonal, alveolar and pleomorphic morphology
6)circular elongate tadpole seen when diagnosed
7)Non - aggressive neoplasm

Leiomyosarcoma
1)Commonly affected dult male
2)Skin and retroperitoneum are the sites
3)Malignant spindle cell with cigar-shaped nuclei
4)low mitotic index and bizarre mitotic figure
5)retroperitoneal masses can be excised
